How much does it cost to work with you as a buyer?

For most buyers, my services cost nothing out of pocket, traditionally, the seller covers agent commissions at closing. That said, agent compensation has evolved recently, so I always walk every new client through exactly how it works for their specific situation before anything is signed.

I'm PCSing to Fort Bliss. Can we start before I arrive?

Absolutely, I work with military families regularly. We can start virtual tours, neighborhood comparisons, and even put together offers while you're still stationed elsewhere. The goal is that your keys are waiting the day you land in El Paso.

How long does it typically take to sell a home in El Paso?

It depends on the home, the neighborhood, and how it's priced. In a strong market in areas like Mission Ridge, well-staged homes often go under contract within two to three weeks. In slower seasons or harder-to-move properties, it can be a few months. We'll set honest expectations together from day one.

Do you only work in El Paso proper?

I cover the whole El Paso region, from central El Paso to Horizon City, Socorro, Canutillo, San Elizario, and everything in between. If it's a Texas home within driving distance of the Sun City, I can help.
